1The service

AINGU lets your team manage customer conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook in one place, with an optional AI assistant that can reply automatically, help with orders and send your WhatsApp notifications. The features available to you depend on your plan.

3Your responsibilities

4Acceptable use

You must not use AINGU to:

5The AI assistant

The AI assistant writes replies from your conversations, your product catalogue and the policies you give it. It can make mistakes. You can review its replies, correct how it answers, hand any conversation to your team, and switch the assistant off at any time. You remain responsible for the offers and commitments made to your customers on your behalf.

6Other services you connect

AINGU works with services such as Meta and Shopify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Charges that Meta makes for WhatsApp messages are separate from AINGU’s fees, and are paid as agreed with you.

7Fees

You agree to pay the fees in your plan, agreement or invoice, on the terms stated there. We will tell you in advance before changing the fees for your plan.

8Your data

Your conversations, customer information and content remain yours. We use them only to provide and improve AINGU for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete your data.

9Availability and changes

We work to keep AINGU available and reliable, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems with connected services such as Meta. We may improve or change features over time, and will tell you before removing a feature you rely on.

AINGU is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce a particular business result.
